Terms of Service

ByBesharp LLC provides ongoing managed website and web app services. This includes custom design and development, technical SEO setup, launch asset configuration, hosting, security, and continuous maintenance and content updates performed under your active care plan. The specific deliverables for your engagement are defined by the package or custom scope agreed upon in writing.

All site management, hosting, updates, and technical tasks are performed exclusively by ByBesharp LLC under the active care plan. Clients do not receive administrative access, dashboards, or logins, and are not responsible for maintaining or editing the site themselves. To request a change, you simply contact us and we handle it as part of your care plan.

Project timelines are provided individually for each engagement based on the scope of your specific build and are shared as part of your quote. Timelines are estimates that depend on timely client cooperation, including delivery of content, assets, and approvals.

Engagements consist of an upfront build payment and a recurring flat annual care plan covering hosting, security, SSL, uptime monitoring, and ongoing content updates and maintenance. Upfront payments are due before development commences. The annual care plan is billed yearly and continues until cancelled with reasonable written notice.

Custom engagements may be governed by individually negotiated payment milestones defined in a dedicated statement of work.

While an active care plan is in place, ByBesharp LLC maintains your site's hosting, security, and content updates. If a care plan lapses or is cancelled, ongoing hosting, maintenance, and update services will be discontinued. Requests to cancel should be submitted in writing with reasonable notice.

Custom design assets and application code are created by ByBesharp LLC and remain part of the managed service we operate on your behalf. Third-party libraries, frameworks, and proprietary ByBesharp tooling remain licensed for use within the delivered product.

ByBesharp LLC delivers services with professional diligence but does not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, or revenue results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
