DMCA Compliance Notice

BeSharp LLC ("BeSharp", "we", "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our clients and users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we respond expeditiously to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
1. Our Commitment
We are committed to protecting original works of authorship. If you believe that material we host, produced, or delivered infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notification of claimed infringement to our designated agent.
2. Filing a DMCA Notice
To be effective, your notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it.
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the equivalent statutory information. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA.
4. Repeat Infringers
BeSharp LLC maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the engagements of clients or users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
